KACHEMAK BAY SCOTTISH HIGHLAND GAMES ATHLETICS WAIVER:
The undersigned, desiring to participate in the Kachemak Bay Scottish Highland Games and any Throwing Clinics being sponsored by the Kachemak Bay Scottish Organization, including its members and affiliated groups, and recognizing that such participation involves the risk of serious physical injury, perhaps even leading to death to self or others, and also involving the risk of damage to property or self as well as that of others, and further recognizing that the Kachemak Bay Scottish Organization is not in a position to be responsible for such injuries or damages, hereby agrees to fully and completely release and waive the Kachemak Bay Scottish Organization, all of its members and affiliated groups, from all claims, rights, or causes of action of any nature which might acquire by virtue of injury to self or others or damages to property of self or others arising out of participation in said Scottish Games or clinics; and further hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Kachemak Bay Scottish Organization, all of its members and affiliated groups, harmless from all liability, claims, damages and costs arising in any way out of participation in said Games or Clinics. I also understand and agree that the Kachemak Bay Scottish Organization may use for publicity of the Kachemak Bay Scottish Highland Games or Throwing Clinic photographs and video images of the entrant’s participation in this event without obligation or liability to the entrant.

PHOTO RELEASE:
The undersigned hereby gives consent to the Alaska Scottish Club to take photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs of myself and/or my organization during the Highland Games and to use such photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs for such promotion, publicity of other lawful purposes as the Alaska Scottish Club deems appropriate.
